How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or send the replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
